2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 bay leaf crumbled
2 c. ketchup
6 oz coke
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp wine vinegar

Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine onion and butter for 1 minute. Add garlic for 4 minutes (do not brown). Stir in the rest of the ingredients and heat to a boil. Lower heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.

I love this sauce and will mix it into my uncooked burger patties for an extra kick. It is great over ribs and with meatloaf as well.
