2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cold butter
1 cup peach preserves
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup flour mixture. Lightly grease 11x7 pan. Press remaining flour mixture onto pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Spread peach preserves over crust in pan. Sprinkle reserved 1 cup flour mixture over preserves. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
