Eggs
Water
Oil
1 jar Mayhaw Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease 4 round cake pans
1. MIx cake mix according to directions.
2. Divide batter between 4 cake pans.
3. Bake only until brown and the cake is pulling away from the edge of the pan slightly. The layers are very thin and will not take very long to bake.
4. Let cool only slightly. Place 1st layer on a plate and spread a layer of jelly not quite to the edges of the cake.
5. Repeat with each cake layer. Spread the remaining jelly on the top layer allowing the jelly to drip over the edge.
6. Serve warm.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My family loves this cake requesting it frequently. We think Mayhaw Jelly is the only kind to use for a true jelly cake!
