4 or 5 large potatoes cooked and diced
4 hard boiled eggs cooked and diced
1/2 onion diced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 jar green olives cut in half
2 T juice from green olives
4 T Dill pickle relish
1/4 c diced pimentos
1/2 t Dill weed
1 t garlic salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T horseradish
dash of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put diced potatoes, onion, eggs, green olives, dill pickle relish and pimentos in a bowl; in a smaller bowl mix the sour cream, olive oil, green olive juice, dill weed, garlic salt, pepper and horseradish then pour it on the potato mixture and mix. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
