salmon fillet
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Canadian Steak Seasoning
2 to 3 T. margarine
2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice (real or concentrate)

Directions:
Directions:
Place a salmon fillet (skin side down) on a piece of aluminum foil leaving enough foil to fold over the sides and top. Fold the foil over the fish and place on the grill with the skin side down. Cook about 10 minutes and turn fish packet over and cook 5-10 minutes. Turn packet over and carefully open the foil. Cook until fish is flaky and brown lightly on the grill if desired. Adjust seasoning to your taste and cooking time will depend on the size of the fish.
