1 c. dry raw rice of any kind(not brown rice & never instant)
5 c. milk of any kind
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 cup rasins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan add rice and milk. Cook on med heat until it comes to almost a boil, stirring all the while. Add sugar and continue to stir every few minutes as it will stick or boil over if not careful. Add raisins and allow to cook on low heat stirring all the while. The cooking process is almost an hour. When pudding becomes thick, remove from heat and serve, or allow to cool and refrigerate.
