1 lb. yellow squash, chopped
4 green onions, white part only, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
Fresh basil (to taste), chopped (or pinch of dried basil)
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of vermouth
3/4 cup white sauce (see recipe under Sauces)
Salt (to taste)
Parmesan cheese, grated
Crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute squash, green onion, bell pepper, and basil in butter. Add vermouth. Then add the white sauce to the veggies. Add salt to taste. Place in a serving dish and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. During the last five minutes of cooking time, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and crushed potato chips over top.
