2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 - 6 1/2 oz. cans tuna fish, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Thousand Island dressing (or white sauce) (for topping)
Bread (for toasting)
Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Place tomatoes, green pepper and egg in the top of a double boiler. Drain tuna and add remaining seasonings to tomato mixture. Toss lightly and steam, covered, for 20 minutes. Serve on toast topped with dressing. Garnish with parsley.
