1 15 oz pkg Piecrust (2 crust)
1 cup Walnuts finely chopped
1/3 cup Sugar
2 1/2 to 3 table Honey
1 teas Ground Cinnamon
1 teas Lemon Juice
1 table Honey
1 teas Water
2 teas Sugar
1/4 teas Cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Let piecrusts stand according to pkg directions. Unfold, place one crust on an ungreased cookie sheet. For filling, in a small bowl, stir together walnuts, sugar, 2 1/2 honey, cinnamon and lemon juice. Spread over piecrust on cookie sheet, leaving about a 1/2 inch border. Top with remaining piecrust and pinch edges with a fork. Prick top stir together the 1 table honey and water. brush mixture over top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for about 25 min or until golden brown. Cool and cut into about 16 wedges.
