2 tablespoons curry powder (I use Spice Islands)
1 garlic clove, pureed or mashed
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cans (10½ ounce each) beef gravy

Directions:

Combine and heat. Serve hot. One half recipe is enough for Fondue for 6 to 8 people.
