32 oz. tomato juice
1 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped (green and white parts)
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large avocado, chopped
Dash of sugar
Dash of Tabasco
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt (to taste)
Fresh, crusty bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, stir all vegetables into tomato juice, then add seasonings. Using a slotted spoon, remove 1/4 to 1/2 of the vegetables and puree in a blender or food processor. Add puree back to soup (provides thickening). Serve cold with fresh, crusty bread.
