6 - 12 chicken legs
3 eggs, whisked
1 cup corn flake crumbs
Salt, pepper, garlic, to taste
Butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Remove skin from chicken legs
Prepare a bowl each of eggs and corn flake crumbs.
Season egg mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic, to taste.
Dip each leg in eggs and corn flakes, respectively, and place a small pat of butter/margarine on each leg.

Place chicken legs on greased cookie sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes covered.
Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
