Make a mix of butter and seasonings ( garlic,steak spice, pepper, salt, Cajun spice )
Rub on roast and leave it marinate for 2 to 3 hours then rub spices off ( so they don’t burn )
Then sear on all sides in a hot OPEN BBQ . turn down , close lid and let smoke for about 1 on low
Remove roast and put a foil on the BBQ
And put 2 or 3 pencil sized holes in the bottom of the foil put roast on the foil, fold foil around roast and slow cook for about 4 to 5 hours then open foil for the last while.
