6 medium green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
cooking spray
1 can stewed tomatoes
2/3 c. minute rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1-12oz. package grated cheese
1 cup spaghetti or tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and seed peppers. Precook peppers in boiling water with salt for 5 minutes.
Brown meat and onion, drain off fat. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 5 minutes until rice is tender,Add 1/2 of the cheese to the meat mixture. Stuff the peppers with mixture. Put in a 9 x 12 x2 inch casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and Parmesan cheese. Pour 1/2 c. water in bottom of dish, Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
