Salad:
Iceberg lettuce, chopped Nappa cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, sliced red peppers, bean sprouts, sliced almonds, crunchy Chinese noodles.

Chicken fingers or nuggets.

Dressing:
1 cup mayo
4 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 piece of fresh ginger, shredded
2 - 3 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and top with noodles and almonds.

Bake or deep fry the chicken fingers/nuggets.

Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Place chicken on top of salad and drizzle with the dressing.
