1 lb. boneless chicken cut into bitesize pieces
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2-3 Tbsp. flour (maybe more)
2 Tbsp. corn starch
2-3 cups cooking oil for frying

Directions:

Mix all ingredients with the chicken pieces, Cover and put in refrigerator for 20 minutes to marinate.
After marinating, add 2 Tbsp. cornstarch to the mix. Mix in thoroughly to coat chicken.

Heat vegetable oil to 320-340º. (When you drop in a piece of coated meat, it will sink, then float quickly to the top.) Deep fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown, and fully cooked.
