1 (5 oz.) package Louisiana Cajun Gumbo mix
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
1 package smoked sausage
2 (16 oz.) packages frozen gumbo mixed vegetables
1 can stewed tomatoes
Hot cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in boiling water until done. Remove from stock and shred. Thinly slice smoked sausage. Bring stock to a boil and add Gumbo mix. Add shredded chicken, sliced sausage, frozen vegetables and stewed tomatoes. Simmer 45 minutes to an hour, Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce. Serve over rice.
