3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake about 45 minutes to an hour in a 375º oven.
