2 lbs ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 c. water
1 c. oats, uncooked
1/4 c chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Shape into loaf pan and top with 1/4 c. wet mustard, 1/4 c. brown sugar, and 1/2 c. catsup. Bake at 350º for about 1 1/2 hours.
