1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Blend egg into flaked salmon. Toss ingredients together and form into patties or cones. Roll in corn meal. Deep fry until golden; serve with white sauce and lemon wedges.
