3 c. shredded frozen hash browns, thawed and drained
4 tbsp. butter, melted 3 eggs beaten
1 c. half and half 3/4 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Press drained hash browns between paper towels to dry them as best as possible. In a 9 inch pie plate toss the hash browns with the melted butter. Press into the sides and bottom to form a crust. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over cooked hash brown crust. Lower oven temp. to 350º and bake for 30 minutes until eggs are lightly brown and puffed.
