1 c. flour 3 c. water
newspaper masking tape
paint varnish

Directions:
Directions:
Spread newspapers to cover work area. Make paste:
Mix water and flour in a saucepan stirring constantly until it boil. Continue stirring and simmer until thick. Cool. Make a frame with newspapers and masking tape. Tear newspaper into strips. Dip paper into paste and run through your fingers to wipe off any excess. Paste strips to frame and let dry. Paint and varnish your creation.
