3 lbs. Cubed Steak, that has been tenderized
1 lg. Onion, thinly sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
2 cups Celery, sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
28 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Tomato Soup















Directions:

Brown steaks in electric skillet using solid crisco. Add veggies. Combine last 3 ingredients and add a little water. Add to skillet. Simmer for one and a half hours. Turn occasionally so as not to burn on the bottom. I boil potatoes at the last minutes and place them around the outside of the pan when serving.
