Cayman Island Mahi Mahi Recipe

1 - 1 1/2 cups ketchup
5 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T Pick a Pepper sauce
3 or 4 little key limes (reg limes will do also)
Mahi Mahi
2 green pepper
2 onion
coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
rub coconut oil on a 9x13 pan
season mahi mahi with salt pepper lawry's and place in pan
add first three ingredients and mix together, squeeze the lime into mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour over the fish.
Cut up the green pepper and onions and put in pan . . . can mix in a bit. throw the rest of the lime in the pan. Place foil over the pan loosely
Bake at 300 for about an hour.

This was a recreation of the mahi mahi we had on the boat in the Cayman Islands at Sting Ray Island. I had this right after I threw up, and this totally hit the spot! Kind of an Island comfort food of sorts!
