3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts baked in panko crumbs
2 jalapeņos, seeded and minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp salt
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine the cream, jalapeņos, salt and lime juice over medium-high heat. Once it starts to thicken, add Parmesan. Spoon over chicken breasts and serve.

Ways to tell if your jalapeņos will be hot is if they have little lines on them that look like veins or small cracks on the flesh known as "corking".and if the tip is more pointed than round.
