1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijonnaise mustard blend
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. small red potatoes, cooked and cubed
Italian salad dressing
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Boil red potatoes until just (barely) done. Remove from heat. Halve or cube, place in a large bowl, and sprinkle with Italian salad dressing. Add celery and onions, toss, cover, and put into refrigerator to chill. Then, in another bowl, combine first six ingredients. Mix well, cover and chill. Just before serving, add the mayo mixture to the potato mixture, using whatever amount you wish.
