2 c light brown sugar
1 c margarine
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 14 oz bag Cheetos or cheese puffs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º
Spray a large bowl with nonstick cooking spray and empty cheetos into it.
In a saucepan, mix sugar, margarine and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and keep boiling for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
remove pan from heat and mix in baking soda. Mixture will turn white and foamy.
Pour syrup mixture over cheese puffs and toss thoroughly to coat. Turn cheesepuffs out onto greased cookie sheet and bake for one hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread them on waxed paper, separating as much as possible, and allow them to cool completely.
