1/3 scant cup tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 cup extra light olive oil
1 tsp. garlic chips
SALAD:
Lettuce
Swiss cheese, sliced into narrow strips
Chick peas

Directions:
Directions:
Using a shaker bottle, add the salt to the vinegar and shake well. Add the oil and garlic chips and shake vigorously. Set aside.

Wash and tear lettuce; place in bowl. Add Swiss cheese bits and chick peas. Pour on the dressing and toss.

For a single serving, use 1 Tbsp. tarragon, 3 Tbsp. olive oil, several shakes of garlic salt, 1 tsp. salt, and several shakes of tarragon vinegar.
