Ingredients:  
10-15 Chicken drumsticks, thighs and wings, cut apart (can use white meat, with breasts cut in half,but doesn't taste as good!)
About 1/2 cup salted margarine
Equivalent of 2 boxes of frozen peas
Lots of fresh, cracked pepper
1-2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place all chicken and ingredients (except paprika) in large, shallow baking pan. Cover loosely with tin foil. Bake in 300º oven for 2 hours, checking every 30 minutes or so to prevent chicken from sticking to pan. Take off foil , sprinkle with a little paprika and bake for another 15-20 minutes to finish browning chicken. Best served with rice.

This was a personal favorite of mine that my father cooked. Although it takes a pretty long time, there's very little real work to it!
