Boil 5 minutes until syrupy:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar or less

Add apples and cook down apples. Can leave apples chunky or use a mixer to get rid of chunks/lumps. Put in jars. Hot water bath boil 15 minutes. Take jars out and let cool to seal.
