Pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
extra Minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Save the spice packet from Uncle Ben's Wild Rice. Pour rice in bottom of pan. May add more minute rice if desired. In bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, spices from Uncle Ben's Wild Rice box, soup can of water*. If adding extra Minute rice, may need to add more water. Pour 3/4 of the liquid over the rice and mix well so rice is coated well with liquid. Lay pork chops on top and pour remaining liquid over chops. Cover and bake at 350º oven to make sure pork chops are done. Uncover during last 15 minutes so pork chops brown a little.
