2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 lg.can Crushed Pineapple, including juice
2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Walnuts or Pecans

Frosting:
1 stick Margarine, softened
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except frosting together. Pour batter into an ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until done. Test for doneness with toothpick. While cake is baking, blend margarine, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar together. Spread on cool cake. Top with additional walnuts or pecans.
