2 cans Black-eyed Peas with Jalapeņos, washed and drained
1 can Corn, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 Purple Onion, chopped
1 can RoTelŠ Tomatoes
2 Green Onions, sliced
small amount Chopped Green and Red Bell Peppers
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
3/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Avocados, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl; mix all ingredients except avocados. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Add avocados just before serving.
