Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs separated
1 Tbsp strong coffee
1 1/2 cup fat free whipping cream (tastes better than coolwhip but you can use that instead)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in microwave covered with saran just until shiny - about 2 minutes; stir until smooth;
Beat coffee and egg yolks and beat into chocolate
Whip the cream to soft peaks and fold into chocolate
Whip egg whites until very stiff and gently fold into chocolate

Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until dessert. It will hold a day but not much longer; after that it tends to separate. Serves 6-8.
