1-15.5oz can black beans, drained and rinsed.
1-15.5oz can black-eyed peas, drained
1-14.5oz can diced tomatoes, drained
2 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped pickled jalapeņo peppers
1/2 t. garlic salt
1 c. Italian salad dressing
3/4 c. chopped cilantro

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve as a dip with chips.

*It's best if you make it the night before.

I would start with less jalapeņos and add more later if you want more kick...some jars of jalapeņos are hotter than others. And remember, the longer the dip sits the spicier it gets!
