Ingredients:  
1 bag of fresh, washed, chopped spinach
1 large can of canalinni beans
1 box of cavatappi pasta, cooked to package directions
1 cup fresh grated asiago cheese
1 bag sundried tomatoes, soaked until softened and chopped
2 T olive oil
2 cloves fresh. minced garlic
1 T salt
1/2 T fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in small bowl, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic, set aside. Place spinach in a large bow and dump just cooked hot pasta over-top and immediately toss. Add all other ingredients and gently toss until oil is well mixed. Chill. Taste and add more salt or oil if necessary before serving.
