1 egg, beaten
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan or Asiago cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Boil lasagna noodles until "al dente." Drain and set aside until cool to the touch.

Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce onto bottom of 13" x 9" buttered baking dish. Spread each lasagna noodle with 3 Tbsp. cheese mixture; roll up and place, seam-side down, in dish. Repeat until all noodles are filled. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan.

Cover and bake 40 to 50 min. or until heated through, uncovering the last 10 min. Serve with Italian sausage or meatballs, crusty hot bread and a salad for a complete meal.
