1/2 c. of butter, melted
1 box of yellow cake mix (no powder pudding in the mix!)
3 eggs
1 pkg. of cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter, 1 egg, and cake mix. Stir together until dry ingredients are moist. Pat mixture into bottom of a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Try to do it evenly. Beat remaining 2 eggs lightly. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mixture, spreading evenly. Bake at 325º for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool pan on wire rack to room temperature. These are addicting!
