2 quarts cucumbers
1 quart onions
2 green and 1 red pepper
(Don't peel the above 3 ingredients, but chop finely)
1 cup celery, chopped finely
2 oz. mustard seed
2 quarts vinegar
1 TBLS. turmeric
3/4 cup flour
4 cups sugar



Directions:
Directions:
Place first 3 ingredients in salt water (small handful) overnight. Drain. Cover with 1 quart water and 1 quart vinegar. Scald (bring to boil) and drain. Add mustard seed, remaining vinegar, turmeric, flour and sugar. Heat and remove from stove, add celery. Can up. Don't re-heat after adding celery.
