1 pkg Duncan Hines Yellow Butter cake mix
1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake mix according to the directions on cake mix box. In a separate bowl add the ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla mix well. Grease 13x9x2 pan. Pour in the cake mixture first. Spread the cheese mixture over the top. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or longer at 350º until the top is nicely browned. Refrigerate when cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when serving. Enjoy!
