2 bags frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 T butter

Morney Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
reserved liquid from vegetables.
milk (less than 2 cups)
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of thyme
1/8 tsp garlic salt
2 T white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 2 bags of frozen mixed vegetables. Drain and reserve liquid. Place the vegetables in a greased casserole dish and season with salt, garlic salt, and butter. Set aside and make sauce.

Sauce: Melt butter add flour, blend. Combine reserved cooking liquid from vegetables and enough milk to equal 2 cups. Add liquid gradually, to flour mixture, stirring constantly and cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Cover vegetables with Morney sauce. Top with pulled break apart pieces of bread (rather dry or crust). Melt 3 T of butter. Drizzle over bread. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
