1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. muenster cheese, grated
8 oz cottage cheese
1/4 C minced parsley
1 lb. phyllo dough
1 1/2 sticks clarified butter, unsalted, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients for the filing. Removed the dough from its plastic wrapper and lay it flat on the table. Take a dish towel and place it over the dough to keep it from drying out.

Cut a sheet in half lengthwise, brush the melted butter over it, place a spoonful of the filing at the bottom center of the strip and bring the sides over, one over the other. Fold from the bottom to the top in triangular folds, like folding a flag. Place on a buttered baking sheet, seam side down and brush the top with melted butter. Bake in preheated over 375º for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
