2-3 lbs. Round Steak of Beef Tenderloin
1 medium onion chopped
5 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. beef stock from the meat
3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Bay Leaf
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 Tbsp. Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 lbs. Egg Noodles

Cut up beef into 2" strips. In a medium pan, fry beef strips salted and peppered in oil until real brown.

Add chopped onion and brown. Add 5 cups water, bay leaf and 2 beef bouillon cubes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook in covered pan for 2 hours.

In separate pan, melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir quickly.

Add 2 cups of the beef stock and create a smooth sauce.

Add tomato paste to gravy. Add sour cream and meat and let simmer on low heat.

Cook egg noodles. Add meat and some gravy and mix.

Serve gravy on side.
