6 cups rhubarb chopped fresh or thawed frozen
7 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 can orange juice concentrate
1 can lemonade concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan bring rhubarb & 4 cups water to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 5 to 8 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Mash & strain. Reserve the juice & discard the pulp. Add sugar, concentrates & remaining water to the rhubarb juice. Transfer to a freezer container & freeze. To serve place in glass & add gingerale, or 7-Up. If you would like to make it an adult beverage add a shot of orange rum.
