Ingredients:  
1 pan baked cornbread. (use 3 c. cornmeal)
1 lb.bacon, fried crisp
2 or 2 large green peppers, chopped
2 or 3 large onions chopped
2 or 3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 small jar sweet pickles, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise, mix with a little sweet pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cornbread into bottom of serving bowl. Crumble bacon over bread. Layer over bacon in this order, peppers, tomatoes, onions, pickles.
Mix mayonnaise with pickle juice to a spreading consistency. Spread over top layer and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Toss when ready to serve.
