2 8 oz cream cheese
2 whole eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix above all together with mixer. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of muffin papers. Fill each paper 2/3 full of cheese mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º. When done, put a teaspoon of your favorite pie filling on top of each tart.
