5 lb. Beef brisket

Marinade:
1 tsp. each of onion salt, garlic powder, and celery salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients and apply to brisket.
Sprinkle brisket with black pepper.
Cover with foil and marinate overnight.
Next day, bake covered for 7-8 hours at 275° or 6-7 hours at 300°.
