4 lbs boneless roast
1 can beer
1 can beef broth
1 medium onion, sliced
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
8 oz. Jar pepperoncini, liquid drained
Oregano
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse roast and cut off any extra fat.
Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low all day. Remove meat; set aside.
Drain liquid through a colander, reserving the liquid.
Put liquid and pepperoncini back into crock pot. Shred meat, (I do this with 2 forks) tossing out any fat. Put meat back into crock pot with liquid.
Serve on little hoagie rolls.
