1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 8 oz can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in milk, salt & pepper; heat to almost boiling. Gradually stir milk mixture into beaten eggs & add corn. Turn into four 6 oz. custard cups. Place in an 8x8x2 inch baking pan and pour hot water into pan around custard cups to depth of 1 inch. Bake in a 350º oven for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
