2, 10 oz pkgs frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of celery soup (condensed)
1 4oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower according to package directions and drain well. Halve any large pieces. In 2-qt. casserole, combine soup, mushrooms, onions, basil, salt and dash of pepper. Carefully stir in cauliflower. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika atop. Bake, uncovered, in a 375º oven for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower mixture is headed through.
